Shipping and Risk of Loss

Returns and Refunds

After Wisemark Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited receives your returned shoe and verifies its condition, Wisemark Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited will process your refund. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This 14 days period begins when Wisemark Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited approves the return. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Wisemark Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or PayPal.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect your shoes upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt.
