Hiu Fung Limited may refuse or cancel any order for product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Hiu Fung Limited ships shoes to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and destination. Risk of loss and title for shoes pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Hiu Fung Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Returns and Refunds
Hiu Fung Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any shoe within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The 14 days begin on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To return a shoe, you must contact Hiu Fung Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Hiu Fung Limited.
After Hiu Fung Limited receives your returned shoe and verifies its condition, Hiu Fung Limited will process your refund. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. This 14 days period begins when Hiu Fung Limited approves the return. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Hiu Fung Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or PayPal.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect your shoes upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. To submit a claim, contact Hiu Fung Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. Your claim must include your order number, photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied. Hiu Fung Limited will determine the appropriate remedy, which may be a replacement or a refund.
